DELIVERY POLICIES

Orders are received and processed within 2 days.

On the second day the order is sent and you will receive the corresponding tracking number via email.

Once your guide has been sent, we suggest you track it on the shipping company's page with your guide number.

Estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 days normal shipping and 1 to 2 express shipping approximately (business days) 

All shipments (express) made on days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be sent on Monday. 


All shipments are made by the contracted shipping company, in case of not being able to receive the package or any situation that occurs due to address, absence at your home, visits from the shipping company and you were not there, the packages are retained in the offices in your city, which you must pick up with your corresponding guide number.

Any setback with the shipping company, we are not responsible for you not having collected your package at the offices in case it is detained. 

All shipments are sent with the data provided at the time of placing your order. Any data errors must be contacted with the shipping company to correct them.

Products purchased in promotions DO NOT have changes or returns, they can only be exchanged for others from the same collection purchased, SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY. in case due to our error we have not sent a design requested in your order. We do not accept exchanges for any product already used by the client.

We do not refund money, only exchanges for other products are accepted. 


The company will only be responsible for shipping costs in the event that there is an error on our part, THE COMPANY, by sending the wrong product.

In the event that the customer wishes to make a change for any reason that is not included in their order, the customer must pay the corresponding shipping costs.
